• Orders: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if a specific variety is unavailable, while keeping to the color/style of your order where possible.
• Delivery: Delivery windows are estimates. While we aim for reliable, on-time delivery, factors like traffic, weather, or incorrect address details may cause delays.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is the price charged.
• Nu Privé: Custom/luxury orders may require a consultation prior to confirmation. Pricing for custom arrangements is confirmed after consultation and before payment.
• Use of site: You agree to provide accurate order and delivery information. Nu Flowers is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details provided at checkout.
