Shipping Policy

• Delivery area: We currently deliver within Dubai only.
• Delivery speed: Same-day and 60-minute delivery windows available depending on order type and time placed.
• Delivery fee: A flat delivery fee applies to Nu (everyday) orders under AED 250; orders AED 250 and above qualify for free delivery. Nu Privé orders include delivery in the final price.
• Delivery method: Orders are delivered by trusted third-party couriers, or personally by our founders for Nu Privé orders.
• Missed deliveries: If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, we'll attempt to contact you via the phone number provided. Repeated missed attempts may incur a redelivery fee.
