Who we are

Nu Flowers ("Nu", "we", "us") is a Dubai-based flower delivery business. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights over it. For any questions or requests, contact us at hello@nuflowers.ae.

What data we collect

When you order through our website: name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order history.
When you order or message us via WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of your messages (order details, occasion, delivery instructions).
For invoicing: your name and contact details, held in our accounting system.

Why we collect it

We use your data to fulfil and deliver your order, communicate with you about it, provide customer service, and — only if you've opted in — send you marketing updates. We do not collect more than we need for these purposes.

Who we share it with

Delivery couriers — your name, phone number, and delivery address, solely to complete delivery.
Payment processor — the information needed to process your payment securely. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
Marketplace platforms (e.g. Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo) — if you order through one of these, they already hold your data as the platform you ordered from.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain order and financial records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under UAE law. WhatsApp messages are kept only as long as relevant to your order and our records.

Your rights

Under UAE data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@nuflowers.ae — we will respond within 30 days.
